Axxon Tracker Pvt. Ltd has been established at the beginning of 2019. The company started its business in Lahore with an aim of providing a stable vehicle tracking service to the customers in Lahore as well as adjacent regions. The vision of the founder, Mr. Ali Baba, is the following one, to secure the cars in the whole of Pakistan and deliver high-quality customer experience with the help of the advanced tracking technologies.
Below is the information on the target in the first year of the new Axxon Tracker product - to satisfy 1000 clients. That was reached at the beginning of 2020. Axxon Tracker fast emerged as the star and reliable brand with vehicle recovery rate superior to 96.8%.
To the surprise of Aaxon tracker, in December 2020 tracker sales had increased by 28 percent above the envisaged objective. Customer base across Punjab started calling us because of our guaranteed tracking services and it was a driving factor to grow more.
As of August 2021, Axxon Tracker had already been well-represented in Punjab. Major cities, such as, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, Gujrat, and Bahawalpur have been opened of which we have successfully established new branches in these cities and have made our services more available to the province.
We further extended our operations into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh by launching our branches in major locations including Karachi, Hyderabad, Peshawar and Abbottabad at the beginning of 2022, and this is how the company is also serving more customers within the region.
As of June 2022, Axxon Tracker started establishing itself in Balochistan. We aimed at installing the branches before the end of August which we managed to do. It is with this growth that Axxon Tracker was listed among the most dependable and fastest growing tracking business in Pakistan.
In the middle of 2023, our CEO launched an in-depth survey on feedback to get opinions of clients all around the country. 98,9 percent positive reviews filled with deep analytical studies were obtained after 3 months, which we consider a good indicator of our teamwork and performance.
The next step was the mark of 5,000 clients, which Axxon Tracker reached on March 1, 2024. There was a corporate party to celebrate this success and the work done by our working team was officially appreciated.
Up to early 2025, Axxon Tracker was able to gain the recognition of being one of the best car tracking service providers in Pakistan. Our new job positions in the tech industry and automotive business were also generated due to the excellent customer service, enhanced tracking systems, and professional work force.
We did not face any slowdown caused by remote management and digital transformation issues. In unsure periods, Axxon Tracker provided the seamless operation, flawless installations as well as on-the spot monitoring of individual clients as well as commercial clients.
By mid-2025, having a location in almost all major cities of Pakistan, Axxon Tracker introduced even more cost-efficient and user-friendly packages. We had a very straightforward mission, to bring new tracking technology to all of you in all locations.
As the demand of customers increased, in 2025 Axxon Tracker replaced its GPS with high-quality technology and added such options as live tracker, trip history, smart alerts and fleet management options, which allowed clients to do everything they wanted to with their vehicles.
